The only question is do herbal remedies work? Well, believe it or not, herbal remedies have been around much longer and have been effectively used by the ancient Chinese, Egyptians and Greeks for thousands of years. 1. Peppermint

Peppermint is one of the ideal natural anxiety cures you can go with. It’s been used to help treat general anxiety as well as even road rage and drowsiness, two things you don’t want to have happen to you when you’re behind the wheel.

One of the ways to take it is to pick up a tincture and use 1-2ml of that each day. If you don’t go with that, you can also try peppermint tea. What you need to do is take 1-2 teaspoons of the peppermint and steep it in a cup of boiled water. After 5-10 minutes, strain the peppermint out and drink the tea.

2. St John’s Wort

Another great solution which was favored by Slavic herbalists many years ago. This is ideal taken as a tea. Just take 2-3 teaspoons of this, put it in a cup and place a cup of boiled water over top of that. Let it steep for 10 minutes before straining it and drinking.

3. Lemon Balm (Also Known As Bee Balm)

The ancient Greeks used this a lot for treating things like stress, high blood pressure and of course anxiety. When you take this, take 2 or 3ml of the fluid extract per day. If you can’t get a hold of the extract, just use the pills (about 3 per day).

All of the above solutions are working natural anxiety cures, however they’ll not be able to completely cure you of your anxiety. To do that, you’re going to need a solution which gets to the root of the problem.
